LEAF Return Policy
Our devices are non-returnable and non-refundable once they are shipped. This is because they are large devices with high shipping and fulfillment costs.
By placing an order, the buyer agrees that the product has been selected by the buyer and is of a design, size, fitness, and capacity suitable to the buyer's needs.
We will do our everything to ensure customer satisfaction and will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues with your device.
LEAF Warranty Policy
LEAF warrants its devices to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, at its option, LEAF will either repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished parts, or exchange the product with a new or refurbished product.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake, or other external causes
- Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended uses described by LEAF, including using the device outdoors
- Damage caused by service performed by anyone other than LEAF or an authorized LEAF service provider
- A product or part that has been modified without the written permission of LEAF
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship
- Any products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors
- pH probes, humidifiers, and air stones, as these products may have a shorter lifespan due to normal wear and tear and may need to be replaced within the warranty period. However, if there is a defect with the pH probe, humidifier, or air stone, LEAF will analyze the issue and make it right if it is determined to be a defect rather than normal wear and tear.
Customers have the option to purchase extended warranties for their LEAF device. An additional one-year warranty is available for $199, and an additional two-year warranty is available for $299. The extended warranties cover the same items as the manufacturer's warranty but for a longer period. The extended warranty does not cover the same exclusions as the manufacturer's warranty.
To obtain warranty service, please contact LEAF customer support with a description of the defect and proof of purchase. LEAF will provide further instructions on how to obtain warranty service. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
LEAF does not offer any additional warranties beyond the terms stated above. The above warranty is the only express warranty provided by LEAF and supersedes any prior oral or written communications. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
LEAF's devices are intended for indoor use only. Using the device outdoors will void the warranty.
